Please note, all weights are rounded up to the nearest whole pound or kilogram, in line with the policies of our courier services.

 

Returns

Upon placing an order, we calculate the estimated delivery date based on item availability and your chosen shipping method. You may see an estimated delivery date on the shipping quote page, depending on the courier service selected.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we encourage you to reach out to us within one week of receipt. We're more than willing to arrange for returns or replacements.
