We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ksnslife.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about returning a specific item, please contact us. *Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the desired item, please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. International Shipping

Shipments may incur customs fees, depending on your country of residence. These fees can vary based on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Please note that Startup Vitamins does not take responsibility for any potential fees.
