KSNS shoes are designed to align with your regular shoe size. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend opting for the larger one for the ideal barefoot sensation. An additional 12mm space in front of your toes promotes this experience. As long as your midfoot is well-supported and the shoe doesn't slip off, you've got the perfect fit!

For a precise foot measurement, grab a sheet of A4 paper and place it on the floor. Stand on it and trace the outline of your foot using a pencil. Now, you can conveniently measure the distance from your big toe to the heel on the traced drawing.

While KSNS shoes may appear narrow, they are intentionally designed with ample width, particularly in the forefoot region, to accommodate an anatomically shaped toe box.

The variation between our men's and women's shoes lies solely in the size range. Women's shoes range from size 36 to 43, and men's models from size 40 to 47. We employ a unisex design for sizes 40 to 43, meaning there's no difference in length and width for these sizes between the genders.

For customers in South Korea, returns are at no charge. However, we're unable to cover return costs for other countries. The return process typically completes within 7 business days. If you've purchased two items using a volume discount and decide to return one, the remaining item will revert to its original price, as the discount is no longer applicable. However, if you keep two or more items, the volume discount remains, even if you've returned other items from the same order. If you need to return an item for a different size, we can extend the same volume discount to your replacement order. Please contact us prior to reordering.

Unfortunately, we can't directly exchange shoes for a different size or model. If you need a different size, please place a new order and return the incorrect size to us. Yes, you can order KSNS shoes and try them on at home. However, we request you to only test the shoes indoors. If the shoes show signs of wear, we regret that we won't be able to accept a return.

We generally advise against washing your KSNS shoes in the machine. While the fabric of our vegan models could withstand low-temperature washing, the sole might be adversely affected.
